1. Feeding

In fact, in the process of feeding, there are many problems that need our attention and debugging. Especially for larger farms, more attention should be paid. For example:

a.When the automatic feeding machine feeds, there will be uneven feeding.  There is not enough food in the place where the machine travel at a uniform speed, resulting in the lack of nutrition and resistance of the chicken.

b.The water line is often blocked, dirt is deposited, or the nipple is broken, causing water leakage. The flock will die of thirst, or become drenched and sick.

c. When self-batching, check the quality of various raw materials, whether they are moldy or not, and whether they are expire. With complete feed, check carefully whether there is moisture, whether there is any abnormality, and so on. If you don't check, once a bad feed is eaten by the chicken, it may cause glandular gastritis, enteritis or other diseases.

d. Check the water source, whether the drinking water is clean, whether impurities, minerals, PH exceed the standard, whether there are disinfectants, etc., All of which must be paid attention to at any time. Because the chickens drink a lot of water, even if they are fine at ordinary times, it will cause a lot of losses once.

2. Raising

In many cases, we are not raising "chickens", but "diseases". Why do you say that? From a biological point of view, chickens are living animals, as are bacteria and viruses. When we create an environment suitable for chickens to grow, we also create an environment suitable for bacteria and viruses to grow. For example:

a. Escherichia coil likes to grow in an environment with a pH value of 7.2-7.4, but if we don't pay attention to disinfection, we will create this environment for it and let it grow wantonly. This is equivalent to that we are "raising" E. coli, and it grows very quickly.

b. Coccidia like a humid environment, and we usually pay attention to adjusting the humidity, or we dont know how to adjust the humidity, so we create a growth environment for the coccidia. At this time, we "raise" the coccidia and let them grow freely grow. Then we treat it again and take various medicines.

c. There are also mycoplasma, various viruses and other pathogens, all like to attack chickens with weak constitution and weak resistance. However, we usually do not pay attention to ventilation, do not reduce the stocking density, do not pay attention to increasing nutrition, do not pay attention to health care, or always create various stresses for the chickens. It just fits the wishes of the virus, and it just creates suitable growth conditions for the virus, allowing it to take advantage of it. Think carefully, we are not raising chickens, but cultivating viruses and creating breeding grounds for pathogens.

3. Management

"Management" includes a lot of content. A breeder must first manage the chickens, and then the poultry equipment. The chickens are required to be able to ventilate, keep warm, adjust humidity, density and light, observe the status of the flock, and prevent epidemics. Pipeline equipment requires being able to be an electrician, a welder, a maintenance worker, and a porter. In a modern chicken farm, the scale is large, the equipment is very advanced, and it is also very complicated. Once there is a small problem with any equipment and the operation is not normal, the chicken farmer must find out in time and deal with it in time. Otherwise, it will get worse and worse, and it will become more and more unusable. When the problem becomes serious, you can go to others to repair it, which will not only increase the cost, but also delay things. If it is a sudden accident, such as a power outage, or the motor of the feed machine is overloaded, or the manure scraper suddenly stops turning, the fan suddenly stops turning, it will affect the chicken flock, small ones cause stress, and big ones cause casualties.

As for the owner or manager of the farm, what they need to manage is the breeding concept, prevention and control measures, strict control of disease prevention and control, and strict control of vaccines and veterinary drugs. Another most important point is the strict education and checks on the workers. How to manage the workers well, let them be serious and responsible, not to be lazy, not to play tricks, not to fight against the boss, how to let them have a sense of ownership, think about the chicken farm, and how to form a harmonious, happy and positive atmosphere, which is also a compulsory homework for the bosses . If the management is improper and the workers feel disgusted, whether the ventilation should be ventilated, the heating should be heated or not, and the inspection should be inspected or not, the consequences will be unimaginable.
